Industry Civic-Recreational-Industrial Redevelopment Project No. 4

The Industry Urban-Development Agency (the "Agency") is proposing adoption of the Redevelopment Plan (the "Plan") for the proposed Industry Civic-Recreational-Industrial Redevelopment Project No. 4 (the "Project") to help the City implement the goals and objectives of the General Plan, and to cause the long-term revitalization of areas included within the Project (the "Project Area"). To help achieve these objectives, the Agency activities could include, but not necessarily be limited to the following: construction and/or rehabilitation of structures; infrastructure upgrades for wastewater, drainage, water and circulation systems; community facilities improvements; industrial facilities improvements including pollution control devices; and other upgrades. While not proposed as specific projects at this time, these actions are possible activities that may be undertaken within the Project Area over the 30-year effective life of the Plan.
