The Industry Urban-Development Agency (the "Agency") is proposing adoption of the Redevelopment Plan (the "Plan") for the proposed Industry Civic-Recreational-Industrial Redevelopment Project No. 4 (the "Project") to help the City implement the goals and objectives of the General Plan, and to cause the long-term revitalization of areas included within the Project (the "Project Area"). To help achieve these objectives, the Agency activities could include, but not necessarily be limited to the following: construction and/or rehabilitation of structures; infrastructure upgrades for wastewater, drainage, water and circulation systems; community facilities improvements; industrial facilities improvements including pollution control devices; and other upgrades. While not proposed as specific projects at this time, these actions are possible activities that may be undertaken within the Project Area over the 30 year effective life of the Plan.
