Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-25680-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Inland Empire Utilities Agency. The project is limited to maintenance of stormwater outfalls and drop-inlet culverts, sediment removal, and vegetation management. Minor as-needed repair is authorized under this agreement with the condition that it is in-kind repair, and that it is of the same design, footprint, and material. There will be no replacement of any structures related to Magnolia Basin 1 and 2.
