Document Description
The project consists of the expansion of the existing maintenance area of Kerman Unified School District. The expansion will occur on a 0.15 acre site, located northeast of the intersection of S. 9th Street and D Street in Kerman. The property is a corner lot parcel, surrounded completely by wire fencing and it has one dwelling located on it which is currently occupied. Besides for the adjacent KUSD facilities, the property is located in a residential neighborhood and the property itself is zoned for residential use. The current KUSD maintenance facility is located to the west of the proposed expansion area and is 0.0 acres in size. Directly to the east of the property is an occupied residence that is separated by a wire fence.
