Construction of a three story (approxiamtely 35 foot high) parking structure with 5 levels of parking (includes 1 level of subterranean parking and parking on the upper level). The elevator/stair facility would extend approximately 10-15 feet above the upper level of the parking structure. The parking structure would provide approximately 1,000 parking spaces.
