The project involves the subdivision of an approximately 42-acre property for residential uses. The project includes 173 single-family lots ranging from about 6,000 square feet to about 11,100 square feet, and an approximate 5-acre lot for a combination park/storm water detention basin. An entry street provides access to the subdivision via San Luis Street. The circulation plan includes extending Green Briar Drive west to Place Road through the northern portion of the site, and extending Racquet Club Drive westward into the project site. Additional right-of-way is reserved for widening of Place Road.
