Document Description
DFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game code (SAA#1600-2006-0478-R5) to the project applicant, Co. of San Diego. The applicant proposes to alter the stream/lake to widen Jefferson Rd. and Olive Vista Dr. Project activities include installation of a rip-rap energy dissipater and replacement of a section of culvert under Jefferson Rd. The applicant shall mitigate the permanent impacts to 0.012 acre streambed and wetland at a 3:1 creation-to-impact ratio through the purchase of 0.036 acre of riparian habitat creation credits at Rancho Jamul Mitigation Bank. The operator shall mitigate the permanent impacts to 0.17 acre southern coast live oak riparian forest at a 2:1 ratio through the deduction of 0.34 acres oak credits from the Co. of San Diego Rancho San Diego Mitigation Bank.
