Document Description
The project is a request to subdivide a 26.3-acre vacant parcel (Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 80-123) into two single-family residential parcels (13 and 20 Old Ranch Road). As a part of the subdivision, grading of the site to facilitate building pads and access driveways as well as hillside landscaping and drainage improvements are also proposed.
