Document Description
The project is a request to subdivide a 26.3-acre vacant parcel (Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 80-123) into two single-family residential parcels (13 and 20 Old Ranch Road). As a part of the subdivision, grading of the site to facilitate building pads and access driveways as well as hillside landscaping and drainage improvements are also proposed. In addition, the project includes a request for a site development permit to develop each parcel with a custom single-family residence.
