Document Description
The project is a subdivision of a 2.26 acre parcel into four residential parcels and a remainder parcel. The site is subject to the General Plan Regional Category Country Town and Land Use Designation Residential. Zoning for the site is RS7 - Single-Family Residential. The site contains an existing residence that would be retained. Access would be provided by a private road connecting to Elder Street. The project would be served by sewer and imported water from the Fallbrook Public Utility District. Approximately 450 feet extension of sewer and 700 feet of water utilities will be required by the project. Earthwork will consist of cut and fill of approximately 1300 cubic yards of material.
