The District proposes to sell the Pennsylvania Property, which is approximately 18.76 acres and has not been used by the District for school playground, playing field or other outdoor recreational purposes. The property consists of Assessor Parcel (APN) 419-260-030 and 418-240-011 and is located at the Northeast Corner of Pennsylvania Vaenue and Second Street near the east side of Pennsylvania Avenue, south of the Southern Pacific Rail Road tracks, in the City of Beaumont.
