This project consists of the 10 year lease of 11,000 square feet of building space located in former main school building and 2 ADA compliant vehicular parking spaces located in San Pasqual Battlefield State Historic Park. The address is 6666 San Pasqual Valley Road, Escondido, CA 92027. The lease will be granted to San Diego Archaeological Center, a non-profit Corporation. The leasee will be responsible for maintenance of buildings and grounds and ongoing repairs subject to State's prior approval.
