The operator proposes to alter the streambed to repair the existing levee that was damaged by the recent Jan/Feb 2005 storm events. In addition, restoring the agricultural land that was lost to the river. Remove sediment from Ely Wash. The operator will use boulders and rock to mix in the sediment to repair the earthen levee.
