Issue a right of Entry permit to New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC to access to Visitor Center facilities at Heasrt San Simeon State Historic Monument for the purpose of installing new underground telecommunication conduit. The conduit will be installed from the main entrance of the park to an existing telephone splice block in the Visitor Center employee parking lot. The facility will support cell service and provide accessibility for future communication upgrades.
