Document Description
Stabilize and vegetate the loose, erosive right bank of Mill Creek on the Turley property located at 3358 St. Helena Highway, St. Helena, Napa County. The January storms collapsed the loose bank allowing flows to exit the banks and flood buildings and a home. The bank will be sloped back at a 2:1. A 9-foot long by 6-foot wide by 1-foot deep gabion mattress will be installed along 810 feet of bank covering 0.21 acres. SAA # 1600-2006-0488-3.
