Allow the following improvements in the Stoneybrook Mobilehome Park, on a 2.9 +/- acre site zoned R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential): - A storage-yard area with a 5-foot high chain-link fence. - Four recreational vehicle spaces, with utility hook-ups, inside the storage yard area. - A metal shed "bathroom" facility in the storage-yard to serve the four recreational vehicle spaces. - A white metal storage shed on the northwest end of the storage-yard. - A metal-roof carport attached to the white storage shed. - An 8-foot by 14-foot structure constructed to the west of the storage-yard that serves as an Office for the Mobilehome Park.

After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is categorically exempt from review under the CEQA, pursuant to Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidelines because it involves the construction of accessory (appurtenant) structures including sheds, carports, fences and four recreational vehicle spaces in an urbanized area.
