Document Description
The existing park of approximately 105 acres is currently owned by Los Angeles County but is operated by the State Department of Parks & Recreation. The purpose of this project is to transfer ownership of this property from the County to the State. The State has operated this day use park facility on behalf of the County for approximately 50 years.
