Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has execute Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0313-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mickey Iliescu.
The project is limited to fill of an approximately 0.40 acre seasonal drainage, tributary to Linda Creek (Exhibit A-Project Location Map). The seasonal drainage will be rerouted to a newly constructed vegetated swale. Placement of up to three (3) 24" corrugated metal pipe culverts and two concrete headwalls (approximately 4 cubic yards of concrete per headwall) will be placed within jurisdictional waters.
