The project consists of:
- A Minor Amendment to the East Elk Grove Specific Plan to exceed the unit allocation of 16 units for the subject parcels;
- A Rezone from AR-10 and RD-4 to RD-3, RD-4, and RD-5;
- A Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide two parcels totaling 5.04 acres into 18 residential lots and one landscape lot; and
- Design Review for subdivision layout.
Although no development is proposed as part of this project, future development of the site will include 18 single-family residences and accessory structures.
