CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Tuolumne Economic Development Authority, represented by Lester Lingo, for its Westside Cherry Valley Golf Course Project. The applicant proposes to construct an 18-hole golf course and club house. the project will result in impacts to surrounding environment including Turnack Creek and its tributaries, and associated ponds and wetlands.
