Document Description
The applicants are seeking approval of a 5-unit subdivision. The proposed Lot Line Adjustment would transfer approximately 4,356 square feet (0.10-acre) from APN 119-140-38 to 119-182-02, resulting in an adjusted lot area of 5.41 acres for APN 119-182-02. APN 119-182-02 would then be divided into five separate lots. The Use Permit would designate either proposed Lot 1, 4, or 5 for construction of 2 residences, one of which would be restricted to an affordable rental unit in order to meet the County's inclusionary housing requirements. The applicants propose construction of an on-site individual septic system on each of the five lots.
