Document Description
The Scott River Watershed-wide Permitting Program is designed to facilitate compliance by Program participants with the requirements of Fish and Game Code section 1600 et. seq. and requirements of the California Endangered Species Act relating to Coho salmon. Under the Program, the Siskiyou Resource Conservation District will receive an Incidental Take Permit, and farmers and ranchers who elect to participate will receive sub-permits. The Program also provides for standardized terms for streambed alteration agreements.
