The Rio Linda/Elverta Community Water District is proposing to construct Well 14, which would replace the groundwater supply from Well 5, which has been decommissioned because the drinking water quality does not meet current standards. The proposed project components would consist of: (1) a pump/control building and associated rooms and structures, (2) exterior structures (outside of the pump/control building), (3) facility piping, and (4) facility power and controls.
