The existing parcel is zoned as Unclassified (U) and a small portion of Agriculture Exclusive (AE) and the General Plan designation is Agriculture General (AG) for APN 017-190-07 and Agriculture Exclusive (AE) for the remainder. the purpose of the division is for eventual distribution to family members. There is an existing residence with accessory uses located on resulting parcel #3. The surrounding land uses are agriculture, rural residential uses and wildlife habitat.
