Winters Winery (dba Berryessa Gap Vineyards) is requesting a Use Permit to convert a portion of an existing cold storage and packing facility to use as a winery and wine tasting/special events operation. The facility consists of four cold storage rooms, two covered packing sheds, and an office. No building expansion is proposed for the new uses. Accessibility requirements and visitor amenities will be addressed. Current uses will continue. On-site parking is available with access off of State Highway 128.
