Document Description
Request of J.P. Rossi Properties, LLC for a Tentative Subdivision Map to divide a 5.86 acre parcel located at 1341 Magnolia Avenue into 33 lots. A total of 45 housing units will be constructed on 31 of the 33 lots. The 45 units include 10 affordable apartment units, 28 detached single-family residences, and 7 second units. Forty percent of the proposed housing units will be made available at a sale or rental rate affordable to either moderate, low, or very-low income families. In addition to the above, 1 lot will contain a 3,463 sq. ft. park and 1 lot will contain a private domestic water well.
