The proposed project involves essentially four main elements including, (1) construction of two 0.9 mgd treated water storage tanks and booster pump station, (2) onsite road and piping improvements, (3) construction of new sludge drying and storage facilities, and (4) construction of new Bear River Canal emergency raw water pump station and transmission pipeline. Construction is expected to begin in mid-2007.
