The project is located in the Igo Community General Plan area on a 440-acre parcel on the south side of Cloverdale Road at the northwest corner of its intersection with Clear Creek Road. The request is for approval of a Zone Amendment that will change the existing Unclassified (U) district to a Rural Residential (R-R) district combined with a Building Site (BA) district that designates minimum lot areas ranging from 60 acres to 140 acres in conjunction with a four-parcel land division.
