Document Description
The proposed project is the subdivision of a 10.0 acre site into four parcels and a 1.64-acre remainder parcel. Three parcels, totaling 6.65 acres will be sold for future industrial development. One parcel, totaling 1.71 acres and containing two residential structures, will not be developed and will remain residential. The site will retain its current zoning as Industrial (M). No development is proposed on the project site at this time; however, the project does not include the construction of some infrastructure on those parcels that will be developed in the future.
