Document Description
Improvements to an existing public park to provide the public with enhanced opportunities to access the open space on the site and the surrounding public land as part of a grant application to the State of California Department of Parks & Recreation. Proposed Camp Haswell trailhead improvements include construction of: a small parking lot (10 vehicles & 2 buses), a permanent vault restroom, a small educational/interpretive kiosk, and associated features. Proposed Otis Ranch Trail improvements include: multi-use hiking trails to accommodate pedestrians (including disabled persons), mountain bikers, and equestrians. All facilities would be constructed in accordance with the State Building Code, Title 24, and the ADA - Federal Access Board requirements (1999).
