The proposed project consists of an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a drive-through and pedestrian walkup commercial coffee shop located on 0.24 acres. This site is currently vacant. The proposal includes a 346 square foot building with four parking spaces (including one handicap space) and a drive-through facility with two windows located on the same side of the building. The project is designed around a Chevron easement located at the front of the property which contains four currently unused pipelines. Frontage improvements are proposed per Cal Trans and City standards.
