Document Description
Phase 1 (PCP building phase) would involve the demolition of four buildings and the construction of a 162,500 sf, six story medical office building, pedestrian overpass, loading dock, surface parking lots, and landscaping. Phase 2 (Emergency Department Expansion Phase) would involve construction of a 5,000 sf addition to the emergency department at the hospital and reconfiguration of emergency vehicle circulation and parking. Phase 3 (Parking Structure Expansion Phase) would involve the demolition of surface parking and landscaping areas, and the construction of an expansion to the existing parking structure (approx. 400 spaces). The project also includes several discretionary actions including a General Plan Amendment, a Zone Change, and Specific Plan, Precise Plan, Tentative Parcel Map, and a Development Agreement.
