Document Description
The Master's College is requesting a modification to their previously approved Master Plan. The proposed modification includes a phasing adjustment to the approved Master Plan. The proposed modification to the Master Plan creates a new, secondary circulation access point and adjusts the phasing of the Master Plan accordingly. The Project consists of two alternative interim access scenarios, each having three phases to ultimately achieve build out of the Master Plan, as originally approved. The two interim access scenarios include: 1) the Market Street Connection Option; and 2) the Arch/13th Street Connection Option. The proposed modification would postpone the full extension of Dockweiler Drive and full build out of the Master Plan, with the except of the new dorm.
