The proposed Third Amendment to the King City Redevelopment Plan would (1) increase the tax increment limit in the Plan; (2) increase the bonded indebtedness limit in the Plan; (3) extend the time limit on the effectiveness of the Plan from November 25, 2021 to November 25, 2031; and (4) extend the time limit to repay debt and collect tax increment for an additional ten years from November 25, 2031 to November 25, 2041.
