The construction and operation of a new 850-student elementary school. The school would contain 35 classrooms, a multi-purpose room, a library, and a kitchen, totaling approximately 57,000 square feet. Outside amenities would include a large turf play area, including a baseball diamond and a soccer field. A hardcourt area would include five basketball courts.
