The Antelope Valley Joint Union High School District proposes to complete the following additions at the existing Quartz Hill High School Phase I, the addition of 30 permanent classrooms and 2 new parking lots; and Phase II, the addition of 16 permanent classrooms and a parking lot. Other minor campus and utility improvements will also be included. The proposed project site is zoned "O" for Open Space and "S" for Public School in the City of Lancaster General Plan.
