Document Description
The proposed project would construct Phase 4 of the City of Indio water system improvement. The pipeline would connect to an existing pipeline at Jackson Street and Kenner Avenue and run north to Avenue 42. The pipeline would traverse the Whitewater Channel and I-10 using a "Rib & Lag" tunnel. The rest of the pipeline would be constructed within existing street right-of-way.
