- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0231-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Rancon Sevilla 180, LLC, as represented by Jim Lytle.The project consists of constructing 180 residential units, commercial space, and open space areas on approximately 40 acres. The Project site’s current use is agricultural. Construction of the Project will include impacts from roadway improvements including offsite right of way improvements, water quality basin, and storm drains. The Project will require approximately 123,000 cubic yards of fill material that will be comprised of cut material from onsite and offsite fill material. The Project proposes placement of 246 cubic yards of fill within resources subject to Fish and Game Code section 1602.
