The project includes land use entitlements consisting of General Plan Land Use Element and Circulation Element amendments, Zone Change, Specific Plan adoption, annexation (by Kern LAFCO), Development Agreement, Wiliamson Act land use contract cancellation (by County of Kern), and subsequent maps and site plan reviews.
