Document Description
The proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter would include the demolition of two vacant commercial buildings and a kiosk; removal of the on-site paved parking areas and signage; and construction of an approximately 190,803-square foot building on the western portion of the site. Parking for the new building would be provided on the eastern portion. The proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter would be open 24 hours per day and would include a general merchandise store, a grocery, the sale of alcoholic beverages, banking services, a game arcade, and an outside garden center. Infrastructure and street improvements would accompany the project. The existing Hollywood Video store and parking area to the east of the video store would remain.
