Document Description
The Project calls for a development of a 3-story, 120 unit affordable housing project, consisting of five apartment buildings, each containing two floors of apartments over common garages; on-site visitor parking; a combined community building and lease office; tot lot; common open space areas; and landscaped paseos between the residential buildings. The Design Development Review (DDR) permit also includes street improvements from North Oxnard Boulevard to the site, and four minor deviations from the VSP requirements for the railroad sound wall. The minor deviations are less than 15% of the numerical development standards and are in keeping with the spirit and intent of the VSP. With approval of four minor deviations, the Project conforms to all standards and regulations of the VSP. note: see NOD for full detailed description.
