The proposed project involves renewing operations and revising the facility's SWFP in order to: (1) increase the permitted capacity from 400 tons per day (tpd) to 450 tpd; (2) expand operating days from twice a year to up to two times a week; (3) expand operating hours; and (4) change the estimated closure date from 2186 to 2121. No new or expanded structures or facility construction is proposed as part of the SWFP Revision.
