Document Description
The proposed construction consists of approximately 370,000 square feet on the approximate 20 acre subject property. Other improvements will consist of property line screen walls, concrete or asphalt pavement, a new street extension and landscaping. The buildings will consist of a concrete tilt-up structure supported by a conventional slab-on-grade foundation system with perimeter-spread footings and isolated interior footings.
