Document Description
Atwater will construct a new WWTP in order to upgrade its level of treatment to meet Regional Water Quality Control Board standards. The existing WWTP is located near odor sensitive commercial and residential development. Therefore, Atwater determined that a new plant should be built, in lieu of modification of the existing treatment facility.
