Document Description
The proposed project site is located in the City of Hemet and consists of 45 acres on the east side of Sanderson Avenue, south of Acacia Avenue, and north of the Burlington Northern Sante Fe (BNSF) rail line. The proposed project would result in the construction and operation of 217,100 sq. ft. of retail space and 186,705 sq. ft. of business park and light industrial-oriented uses.
