Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the Lindsay Unified School District, represented by Janet Kliegl. The applicant proposes to relocate and restore the channel of Lewis Creek, by filling the existing channel; creating a new channel 2,140 feet in length for Lewis Creek to be located ~250' north of the existing channel; and implementing a mitigation plan to create and maintain wetland and ripariant habitat associated with the newly created Lewis Creek channel for its proposed New High School Complex Project.
