The project will include the following components: Earthen berm and backside sheet pile toe protection (from 2, 100 ft downstream of Graham Street to 4,000 ft downstream of Graham Street); park trail and coastal access on the earthen berm; side-slopes riprap revetment repair; notched retaining walls to accommodate existing utility lines; and future maintenance and monitoring including cathodic protection of the steel sheet piles.
