The removal of Diegan Coastal Sage Scrub will be mitigated (2:1) off-site through the purchase of credits from an approved mitigation bank (Daley Ranch). The property is located in the E1 (Estate 1) General Plan designation and subject to the PD-R 1.02 (Planned Development Residential) development standards.
