While specific tenants are not known at this time, a conceptual site plan showing the anticipated layout of the shopping center has been prepared. As shown on the site plan, development would include several major anchor tenants, as well as medium to small retail uses. The proposed commercial center would include major discount retail, home improvement, and various sized retail uses, as well as a variety of smaller commercial tenants and restaurants. In addition, project development would provide a new source of employment for approximately 950 people.
