Use Permit to allow constmction and operation of a 6.4 MGD desalination plant; and an Administrative Permit and Design Approval to allow construction of associated buildings/facilities: 3,299 sq.ft. filter building, a 26,002 sq.ft. reverse osmosis building, a 6,276 sq. ft. administration building, 7 filter vessels totaling 540 sq.ft., 2 filtered water tanks totaling 1,963, sq.ft., a 7,080 sq. ft. pump pad, 2 treated water tanks totaling 8,012 sq.ft., a 1,269 sq.ft. Cal-Flo containment basin, a CO2 tank and solution water pumps, 2 backwash reclamation basins totaling 17,000 sq.ft., a 344 sq. ft. recycle pump station, a 61,000 sq.ft. brine EQ basin, a 560 sq. ft. brine pump station. Additional infrastructure and facilities are also included.
