Document Description
The Operator proposes to replace the existing 54-inch storm drain with a 60-inch reinforced concrete pipe on an unnamed tributary to the Carquinez Strait at 710 West I Street in the City of Benicia, Solano County. The pipe will be lowered by 18 inches and aligned properly. The channel will be widened by 6 inches at the outfall. A rock coffer dam will be placed in the channel downstream of the culvert to isolate the work site. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0265-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Steven Benetti.
